One of the best ways for a new entrepreneur to learn how to best run their business is to study others who have also taken that journey. 

Read the following case study:

Risk-Taking Against the Odds: The Case of Lee’s Retail Store. After reading the article answer the following questions:

1. Summarize the facts of the case.
2. As a new business owner, what went wrong with the store? What did Lee do right?
3. Imagine that Lee decided to open a store today and came to you for advice. From your entrepreneurial education, what advice would you give her? What specific things would you advise her to do? Why? What resources would you guide her to?
