2- You need to explain the situation without quality and ISO stander what is general common problem which effect on customer expectation and perception and satisfaction
3- The benefits of implementation ISO 9001 in a services section that offer services like our study will be in Abu Dhabi municipality ( you should imagine the benefits if AD municipality apply ISO 9001 )
