Time for a scavenger hunt! Do a quick online research and find an example of a strong paragraph with all the parts: (a) the topic sentence; (b) supporting details; and (c) the concluding sentence. You can pick a paragraph from news articles, online magazines, or documents in your area of expertise. After posting the sample paragraph, explain why it is a good example. Be sure to include the link to your resource. There is not one specific correct response; the key to a successful discussion post is how you explain your reasons.
To earn full credit, post an initial response by Wednesday at 11:59 PM, PST; post a substantive response to at least two class members by Sunday at 11:59 PM, PST.
