Based on your research and this week’s readings, including Exhibit 9.1, write a paper that includes the following:

• Analyze and evaluate why distribution channels tend to vary according to the level of a country’s economic development of its market.  That is, the more developed the economy, the shorter the distribution channels tend to be.  Please explain this dynamic in detail. 
• Select a country, and a MNC for this discussion.  Further, identify the challenges and opportunities that your MNC will have with regards to their supply chain, logistics and transportation systems, when doing business in your country of choice. 
• The international marketer and the distributor will have different expectations concerning their relationships.  Why should these expectations be spelled out and clarified in the contract?
