Attached is the project rubric for this case study. I ONLY NEED QUESTION 1 AND 5 ANSWERED. Listed below is the information on how to view the project and it’s requirements. Essentially, you are answering the question, “Should KKR have bought out Dollar General?” The project requirements offer many resources to answer this question including sales and stockholder information, recent deals, a balance sheet, and cash flow sheet. The report should be 1-2 pages with a consolidated opinion of the buyout. The answer to this project is purely opinion based. My group partners are asnwering questions 2, 3, 4, and 6. I only need 1 and 5 completed.
