Considering what many of you have mentioned about a hypothesis being the best explaination at the time… could we say the same thing about theories and ‘laws’? In the sense of the Law of gravity, law of relativity, etc… they are also our best explaination for the event at the time. If new information comes about, then we will change these laws as well. Right? So, is abduction the basis of laws as well?
