This is a Discussion where you can give your classmates your favorite healthy or low calorie recipe. I am particularly interested in ethnic dishes that are from your heritage, so that we can all learn from other cultures as well! (Please do more than smoothies – unless you have detailed description and ingredients)

Please Put the type of food/recipe in the header…. ie: “Skinny Mashed potatoes” or “Curry Chicken” so we can all see what food it is.
