I have a Research Paper in Management, Organizational Behavior. This research project will select a current organizational behavior problem or process that exists at L3 Harris Technologies, and applies one or more principle of organizational behavior. Please do not implement a study that has already been conducted. For example, one might select the issue of how the organization deals with ethics and/or corporate social responsibility. Another approach might be to discuss how the organization deals with interpersonal, intragroup, or intergroup conflict. A third approach might be to discuss how the organization approaches decision making in teams. Include theories, concepts or principals that can be applied. Choose a narrow topic that is live and on going to examine. I have attached three documents with further instruction.
