Imagine that you are asked to teach a class on ethics. How would you organize it, and what would you emphasize? I want to see you thinking about some of the issues we have discussed this semester, such as:
- Would you use stories to teach ethics? Why or why not? Talk specifically about the pros and cons of using stories for teaching ethics, and give specific examples.
- Would you teach primarily about moral rules, social benefits, character, or care? Which of these seems most important to you, and why?
- What other ideas or themes would you emphasize? Why are these important?
