Iterative/Incremental Improvement:
Some various ways of taking on an incremental approach to process improvement are (TOC, Kata, Kaizen, etc). Some companies do extremely well at this type of continuous improvement.
This week’s discussion board assignment, research a company that you think does extremely well at a specific concept of continuous improvement. If you were to invest money in the company for the long term, 30-50 years, whom would you research? Share with the class the company name, a little background on the company, the details surrounding their approach, and finally why you think this company and their approach beneficial aid their success.
