My business is about pooling the educational institutions where i can provide them solution regarding updated courses which they can offered to their student for value addition which are streamlined with industry demand.The target educational institutions are those providing engineering and management education.There are skill gaps in the student on what industry demand from them and what they have learned during their course.

I choose to organize the business so that i can make the business effective according to the current environment and all corporate practises can be adopted so that it can attract clients and customers along with investors and employees too.

Limited liability company entity attracts me because in this form the members of the company cannot be held personally liable for the company’s debts or liabilities.Due to the hybrid nature of LLC it appealed me .
