Footprinting is the first step in the hacking process. It allows you to gather information about the organization you are targeting for a penetration-and-security test. For this assignment, you will be completing , (page H-33) in the Laboratory Manual section of your digital textbook. This will allow you to practice information gathering and website footprinting.
