Motivating employees has become an important objective for many organizations. In your paper, address the following:

1. Define both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. 
2. Provide one example of how each is applied to the workplace. 
3. Describe two advantages for each motivating factor.
4. Explain how you, as a leader, would use these factors as a motivational tool.
