Organizational Redesign

An important element of any change management project will, more often than not, include redesigning the organization itself. This might become necessary to accommodate changes that need to be made to the organization. This process, known as organizational redesign, consists of specific elements that will rely on teamwork and coordination among the employees within the organization. This process will not be without challenges, and the dynamics that will be seen during this process will certainly be influenced by employee behavior.
