Select an entrepreneur other than Bill Gates or Steve Jobs, who has successfully capitalized on emerging market opportunities. Within your paper answer the following questions:

• How did the entrepreneur identify market change or emerging markets?
• What skills and traits did this entrepreneur have that allowed them to successfully (or not successfully) capitalize on the emerging market?
• How did the entrepreneur structure his/her organization to exploit the market changes, promote creativity, and remain agile?

Your paper may profile someone you know personally or an entrepreneur you have read about. Follow APA 7th edition requirements. Include at least five academic references. Needs to be 5-7 pages in length.
