Understanding the new hazards associated with terrorism will be critical to reducing fear among the public of these hazards. This was done very successfully in the pasts in understanding and dispelling fear surrounding traditional hazards. How would you design and implement a public education campaign concerning the new hazards? What information would you present and how?
