After the meeting concludes, Mr. Franklin takes you aside and quietly admits that he is confused by the many topics that were covered in the IEP meeting and how many written section were completed. He stated he felt a bit overwhelmed. Because you were facilitating this meeting and regularly participate in IEP team meetings, you have a solid understanding of the process.
