Find an article that discusses a technology that you believe will fundamentally change the shape and form of cities (e.g., building, transportation, or digital technology). Then, in your memorandum, include the link that you found, and discuss what you think about how the technology you selected will re-shape cities. Do you think the change will be for good or bad?
