Finalizing the Report
Preparation and presentation is the final activity in most case analyses. The report can be either written or oral depending on the preference of the instructor. Although the form is slightly different
the goal is the same–to summarize and communicate in an effective manner what the analysis has uncovered and what the organization should do.
Decision making is the intended result of the report. The analysis must be complete; but the emphasis should be on making the entire report brief enough to encourage people to read it and comprehensive enough to ensure that no major factors are overlooked–especially those that might adversely affect the decision.
