Your task will be to highlight what a successful human resource organization should do based on the best practices that you learned throughout the course. For example, how should a start-up create their HR program from ground zero and implement policies and approaches for each main focus area (noted below) to attract, retain, and grow strong performing employees? For your research, you will be able to use the sources you used in your discussion board posts to help showcase what other organizations have done right/wrong. If you are light on a good resource for a topic area, feel free to conduct additional research as needed and use additional sources.
