By looking at the current state of the television landscape, either re-configure a current network (like how “The Nashville Network” became “The National Network” which eventually became “Spike TV”, which is now being rebranded as “The Paramount Network”) or create a new network based on either demographic or genre need. It could also be a channel as part of a network of channels that has re-purposed product (as NBC has used their product on their sister channels USA, Bravo and Syfy).
