Individual HW: Expanded Calculator
Write and upload an HTML form and a CGI script to expand the Calculate you did in class and allow the user to choose to add, subtract, multiply, or divide the two numbers. Your code should reproduce the functionality found here:

Submission
Upload your files to Canvas as an html file, a seperate cgi file, and the links to your websites.
As always, both functionality and good coding practices will be factored into your grade.
