This is a creative writing assignment with two objectives: to demonstrate an understanding of the literature you have chosen and to apply this understanding to an element of fiction we have discussed in class: narration, character, plot, setting, theme, style and tone. You can also include any personal reflections or personal experiences that help you in connecting to the work.
