Please see files attached. There’s an example of how the report should look like. It’s and old report but it should be in same format. The report is usually about a page to a page and a half really up to you. You are going to write what the procedure is and what the observations were, write a purpose, intro, conclusion, and answer the questions. refer to the example attached to have a better idea.
