First task (film handout): i need you to watch the film Adoption by Marta Meszaros, 1975 and then answer the questions on the file please answer it on the same file as it is a small comprehension task on the film.
Second task (finish the reading and notes to be made on the file called “lesson 16 culture industry questions): After that I would like your help on completing the reading I have attached below and watch the Lego Movie (2014) and then make notes alongside the quotes these should be your own thoughts think about the Aftermath of World War II. Where do we go now culturally? Does art still offer a valid reflection on the world or has it lost its relevance? Has pop culture turned into a cold, cynical industry for the mindless masses? when making your notes alongside the quotes and the questions on the file i need you to answer the questions the answers should be 3 to 4 sentences long at the end of the file i would like you to make notes and apply the theories and concepts of Adorno and Horkheimer to The Lego Movie (2014) this all should be done on the file that says “Questions to be discussed in class”.
