How to write a discussion about health fitness
The discussion board is set, so the student must post to the board first to unlock and see their peer’s post. Since, this is an assessment, students are not to reply to peers, and are strictly expected to answer the post in the best of their ability by the due date.

Describe how the components of physical fitness impact health and wellness. In the description students will need to include all the health-related physical fitness components and define them.
Additionally, include an example of how each component to physical fitness impacts health and wellness. Be thorough in the response and use your best writing skills. If a source is used include citations.
