Select an existing rating scale to measure your dependent variable, if applicable, or develop a rating scale for this purpose. If you develop a scale, carefully consider the meaning of each point on the scale. Set up your scatterplot, labeling the x and y axes. This is the plot you will use to record your data in the weeks ahead. You submit your rating scale and scatterplot information in Week Two.
