I was asked to go to any worksite with self inspection checklist and observe all the safety hazard and take some picture then start to write evaluation about what is the hazard and how to prevent it.
evaluation report should be between 10 to 15 pages includes some picture that I will upload.
I need this to be done before 24 hours from now
I will attach a file that has the self inspection checklist please review them and check any hazards that you think it could happen and how to prevent them.
