Managing diversity measures within organizations is becoming more challenging and important in such a globalization society. Diversity can be perceived and measured differently among many organizations and it becomes easy to ignore the need to consider undertaking diversity measures. Podsiadlowski et al. (2013) believed depending on the organizational approach to diversity, initiatives will differ among organizations and the consequences for staff and the organization itself will also look differently. If an organization have a reliable, standardized measurement of such approaches it can lead to more efficient identification of an organization’s strategy, improve monitoring of diversity management, and help clarify the inconsistent effects of diversity (Podsiadlowski, 2013). As few reasons why diversity steps as such are critical is because it can promote individuality, bring forth different talents working on a common goal, and build a stronger brand and company image.
