Select an activity that you do at home regularly, and think of it as the top event in a success tree. What intermediate events must occur in order for the top event to be successful? Describe the tree in an outline format. What is the most likely point of failure that would prevent success? When commenting on a classmate’s postings, offer some suggestions that might help the event to succeed.
