1.Issues relating to gender and sexual orientation are growing and shifting quickly in today’s world. Recent concerns about the place of transgender males competing in women’s athletics have raised many ethical questions. Does the inclusion of transgender males make for unfair competition with biological females in athletic events? Are the past gains for female athletics under the auspices of rules such as Title IX diminished or defeated by the current acceptance of transgender males in female sports? Explain and discuss.
