Keep a journal for a week and notice the styles of conflict that you use.
For each day (seven days), identify and define a conflict style you used and give an example of you using it. Assess whether or not the conflict style was effective while experiencing the conflict, and describe another conflict style or technique from the “Difficult Conversations” book that may have been more effective.
