This week we explore at least the following learning objective:
LO-5 Define the key features of program validity/feasibility and how to monitor progress
You already have a foundation to address these key features from the previous week and yes, you can bring into this discussion some of those elements that surfaced.
The key aspect from this LO-5 can be identified in three questions:
These three questions address the what, the why and the how of progress monitoring.
So, start with these three for your initial response.
Where do your find all this great information, the super answer to these three? Well, you can find something in the text around you or you can search online and in the library for some sense of an answer. These questions seem simple but really are at the heart of what we also call project management. So, that is a big hint.
