Would you be interested in writing 4-5 page response to ONLY question #1 of the attached public policy analysis exercise? The response must be well written and all parts of the question must be answered. You must be able to follow all of the steps in Procedural Guide 3 (including the list of stakeholders, each stakeholder’s detailed position, a graph(step 5 of guide) and culmulative frequency distribution). Also, last part of question 1 requires a comparison of your findings with the Case Study. The deadline is Friday, November 28, 2014 at 11:00am EST.
