1. State the facts of the case. What is the standard of care by the hotel under these circumstances? Was the incident here foreseeable?
2. Did the hotel have a duty of care for a non-guest of the hotel who was standing outside the hotel doorway? Did that duty change when the non-guest entered the hotel doors?
3. Assuming the hotel had a duty of care toward Henry Mu, did the hotel breach its duty? What effect on the case is it that the hotel has lost or destroyed a video view of the incident?
