• mandated boundary – ie laws, regulations
• core practices – highly appropriate and common practice for industry/field.  
• voluntary boundary – voluntary policy/social responsibility

Include what they have to do by law/regulation, what they do because it is a core practice for the industry and what they to do increase ethical standard within the company.  Some ideas include researching when they have failed and what they did to correct the failure.  What are they doing to be proactive in ethics?  What do they do to be a good steward of the world or community we live in?  These are just ideas and not a box that you must stay in.
