Once your analysis is completed, propose a technology based strategy to outperform them.

Your Submission

• Submit your answer as a two-page Word document (one-page for your analysis and one-page for your proposition)
• Use Microsoft Word SmartArt to create your diagram of Porter’s Five Forces for your chosen product.

Grading

• Pertinence of the five forces analysis (20% each x 5)
