Federal Disaster Declaration
Name and describe the different types of disaster declarations and the requirements that must be met. Also, discuss the declaration process, from the initial impact of the disaster up to the federal government designating the disaster a Presidential Disaster Declaration. Finally, describe the available assistance under each of the different types of the disaster.
Material and research must be derived from the reading material (textbook and provided supplemental documents). This assignment must meet a minimum of 2450 words (not counting title and reference page), in an APA Essay Style Format using – Times New Roman, 12 font size, with 1’’ margins using line spacing of 1.5’’ (APA style citation). Cite the source whenever using a borrowed idea from the text (author, year, page #).
