Indeed there are many factors that contribute to Pathophysiological changes in the musculoskeletal system. I remember the very first time I got a patient with Rhabdomyolysis and thinking, “what is this?”. I googled the word before I got report and sure enough Rhabdomylysis is a serious syndrome due to a direct or indirect muscle injury. It results from the death of muscle fibers and release of their contents into the bloodstream. The reason why my patient got it was because he overexerted himself in working out.
