On 8.5”x11” pages saved as a PDF you will visually provide regenerative recommendations for your property. Your recommendations must not exceed $60,000 unless the proposed changes can pay for themselves in 7 years.
The first page is a plan view of your property with your recommendations drawn in. Your recommendations will be gleamed from the book, articles and conversations. This page must include many of the same attributes as the analysis: a title, your name, a legend, the scale (such as ¼”=1’), and the direction of true North.
The following pages you will defend your recommendations, explaining why they are as good for you as they are for creating sustainable communities. Your recommendations will be graded on relevance (opposed to wishful thinking), ability to manage a property’s budget and priorities, and the written strength of your arguments.
