In a 1- to 2-page MS Word document, provide a detailed explanation of the following:

• The health issue,smoking target population, and behavior that you selected and the reason why you selected them
• The theory or model (or its specific constructs) that you selected to influence the selected behavior. Explain why you selected it
• Your initial ideas for a strategy to change the behavior based on the theory or model you plan to apply (or specific constructs)
