A little back story on henry. He is 69 years old and he came to the hospital complaining about shortness of breath, heart racing, swelling of ankles and feet, tiredness, and weakness. History of smoking before stopping 5 years prior. 30 years of smoking 3 packs a day. Suffered a heart attack 5 years ago which he then needed surgery. His dad suffered from a heart attack and his mom suffered a stroke. He also has high cholesterol.
